Off-Season Development Program
- 2 to 4 days per week (varies on the individual athlete)
- 2 Hours each day
- 8 athletes max per time block
- Each session includes a baseline and exit assessment
- Personalized Strength Training program (done every day)
- Pitching & Hitting development
- Position specific development
Goals of the Program
- For each athlete to learn how to train using proper techniques
- Learn proper weight training etiquette.
- Help each athlete perform at the highest level possible (Healthy High Performance).
- Increase Speed, Strength, Throwing and Hitting Velocity.
- Improve arm health and reduce arm injuries/pain.
- Provide every athlete a safe and fun environment where they can train as an individual in a small group setting
Ages
Appropriate athletes at least 10 years old who have completed at least one year of recreational baseball.
When
- Session 1: 12/1/24 - 1/25/25
- Session 1A: 12/1/24 - 12/28/24
- Session 1B: 12/29/24 - 1/25/25

Training Sessions
Each athlete can pick their times in advance or week to week. In the event an athlete needs to miss a day(s), they may make up those days in the following weeks.

What each training day looks like...
Every day will be 2 hours of training. In no particular order, 1 hour will be spent on Strength, Speed, and Mobility Training. 15-25 minutes will be spent on Throwing program. Following the throwing program 35-45 minutes will be spent on Fielding, Hitting, and Pitching.
